Reservations for ClasTran's service can be made up to 14 days in advance. To schedule a ride, passengers need to call between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Reservations for next-day service must be made before 11:00 a.m. Same day service is available on a very limited, first-come first-served basis.

With same day service, eligible individuals aged 60 and older, persons with disabilities, and those residing in or traveling to rural areas in Jefferson and Shelby counties can request transportation for the same day. Our commitment to your convenience remains unwavering, and we are here to support you whenever you need us.

How to access same day service:

Getting started with our same day service is straightforward. Here's what you need to know:

1. Availability: Same day service is offered on a very limited, first-come first-served basis, so we encourage you to book your trips as early as possible to secure your spot.

2. Booking Timeframe: You can request a same day trip by calling our friendly customer service representatives any time during our operating hours. Remember, the earlier you call, the better your chances of securing a spot.

3. Operating Hours: Our customer service representatives are available to assist you from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday. We strive to deliver all passengers to their final destinations by 5:00 p.m.
