We want to provide more rides to those customers who need them, so we are strictly enforcing our No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy. It is your responsibility to cancel rides at least two hours in advance. Customers with at least three no-shows within a rolling three-month period will receive a 30-day suspension of service. No-shows waste valuable time and resources, and they prevent other customers from booking transportation service. Please be courteous, and cancel in advance.
