ClasTran operates as a shared ride service, meaning multiple passengers may be present on the same vehicle. The driver may pick up and drop off other riders along the way, which might cause slight delays. Patience and understanding from passengers are highly appreciated.


2. Application Process


To qualify for ClasTran's transportation service, interested individuals must complete an application, which is available on their website. This application allows us to assess eligibility and ensure efficient service. Processing can take up to ten days.


3. Fare and Payments


The fare for a one-way trip is $4.00, and it must be paid to the driver upon boarding the vehicle. Accepted payment methods include cash (in exact change), check, money order, or ClasTran fare credits. Riders can purchase fare credits in advance and store them on their account for convenient payments.


4. Scheduling a Ride


Reservations for ClasTran's service can be made up to 14 days in advance. To schedule a ride, passengers need to call between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Reservations for next-day service must be made before 11:00 a.m. Same day service is available on a very limited, first-come first-served basis.
